Join in with Laura in these fun fitness classes designed to get everybody moving and smiling!  Set to fun playlists, you'll love the way you feel every time you join in!

All classes meet at Charles Washington Hall (above Bushel & Peck and Ortega's Tacos) in Charles Town, WV.

Classes will not meet on Thursday 9/19, 10/3, or 10/31.

REFIT with Laura
REFIT® is a workout you can feel good about! This cardio-focused class is effective and FUN -- perfect for beginners and challenging for fitness enthusiasts (which means it's a workout designed for everyBODY!) No need to practice or prepare for these workouts because the simplistic movements are easy to follow and will leave you sweating, smiling and wanting more! *Classes will be held at Charles Washington Hall in Charles Town. .
