With programs in many popular sports, your child will learn from experienced instructors to improve their skills, make new friends, and stay active all summer long. Troxell Basketball Academy
20 hours of skill enhancement and game development for kids ages 8-15 lead by Chris Troxell, the areas only certified I’m Possible basketball trainer. Your player will be introduced to proven methods used by players of all ages from all over the world, including NBA players. Details include ball handling, footwork, inside scoring, creating space, making reads, attacking to finish at the basket, scoring off the dribble, passing, spacing the floor, screening, transition offense and defense as well as competitive drills and small sided games. Individual attention and feedback will be given to each player in order to become more skilled and confident so that they may enjoy the game for a lifetime!
Players are encouraged to bring a small snack and refillable water bottle to camp each day.

Jefferson High School Sports Camps
Come get your game on with the Cougars!
JCPRC is proud to partner with Jefferson High School Athletics to offer these amazing summer camps for take your athlete to the next level. Camps are led by Varsity sports coaches and Cougar players and utilize skill practice, drills, and gameplay scenarios to improve fundamental skills, increase confidence, and help players gain a better understanding for the strategies and rules of the game.
Due to WVSSAC off-season coaching rules, camps have a strict upper limit for athletes grade level. Exceptions to this rule cannot be made, and we thank you for your understanding.

Jr. Sports Express Camp (Ages 5-9)
A camp for our younger superstars! Your camper will spend their week learning the skills needed to get a jumpstart on their sports experience. Campers will enjoy playing multiple games and sports each day, including basketball, soccer, football, floor hockey, and more.
Campers are encouraged to dress in comfortable clothes and shoes, and should be prepared to spent time playing outside each day, weather permitting. Campers should also bring a small snack and a refillable water bottle each day.

Sports Express Camp
Get a taste of different sports every day in this always popular camp! Campers will spend their time learning to play and improving their skills in basketball, football, soccer, floor hockey, and more. Available in Full-Day and Half-Day sessions, this camp truly has it all!
Campers are encouraged to dress in comfortable clothes and shoes, and should plan on spending some time outside each day, weather permitting. Campers should also bring a small snack and water bottle each day, and Full-Day participants must bring a packed lunch from home.

Volleyball Camps
Led by local High School volleyball players, these programs offer players of all skill levels the chance to improve their play and fall in love with volleyball. Whether this is your first time playing, or you're getting in some extra reps before fall Middle School or High School tryouts, this is the place to play!

Gymnastics Camps
Jump, flip, and twist your way through the summer in our always popular Gymnastics Camps! These programs allow gymnasts of all ages and skill levels to tumble their way to fun and improve their confidence, coordination, balance, and more, all under the care of our skilled and trained staff. Time will be spent each day learning and practicing gymnastics skills, as well as playing games and doing gymnastics-themed crafts and activities.
Campers are encouraged to dress in comfortable clothes. Leotards are permitted, but not required for participation. Campers should also bring a small snack and refillable water bottle each day.

Flag Football Camp
In this action packed camp, campers will experience the thrill of fast-paced Flag Football. Through drills and game scenarios, campers will improve their knowledge of football rules and strategies, as well as their passing, catching and running skills. Large portions of this camp will be held outdoors, weather permitting, but please, NO CLEATS.
Campers are encouraged to dress in comfortable clothes and bring a small snack and refillable water bottle each day.

Sam Michaels Baseball Camp
Your little slugger have a ball in this 4-day camp. Players will get to work on their fielding, hitting and throwing while participating in fun drills and game-like scenarios. Please dress appropriately and bring extra water! Players should bring their own glove, and may bring their own bat if they have one.

Jumpstart Basketball Camp
Give your little baller a leg up on the competition in this fun instructional class! Participants will work each class to develop dribbling, shooting, and defensive skills while also learning the basic rules and skills required to play the game! Classes will consist of skills practice, drills, and small games to put their new skills to the test. Please bring a water bottle and wear athletic shoes and clothes to class each day.

Kickers Soccer Camps
Get your little all-star started off right in our Kickers Soccer Camps. Each camp will have players developing their skills through drills, small group practices and game situation scrimmages. In no time, our skilled coaching staff will take your game to the next level!

Karate Camp
Join us for Karate Camp, where kids will learn the fundamentals of karate in a fun and supportive environment! This camp focuses on building strength, discipline, coordination, and self-confidence through basic techniques and movements. Whether your child is new to karate or looking to improve their skills, they’ll have a great time while developing important life skills!

Archery Camp
New and experienced archers are invited to join in this fun program, designed to improve young archers skill and confidence in target shooting. Bows and arrows are provided for each camper to use, but campers who own their own bows are welcome to bring it, if they choose. Campers should plan to be outdoors for a significant portion of each day, and come prepared with a snack and refillable water bottle.

Join us for a fun-filled Lawn Games Camp! Kids will enjoy classic games like cornhole, ladder golf, giant Jenga, etc. Come ready to play, have fun, and make new friends!
Floor Hockey Camp:
Get ready for fast-paced action in our Floor Hockey Camp! Kids will learn the basics of the game, improve their skills, and have a blast playing in a safe, friendly environment
Kickball Camp:
Perfect for kids of all skill levels, this camp will teach the basics of kickball while helping players improve their kicking, catching, throwing, and base-running skills. Campers will take part in fun drills, team challenges, and friendly games while learning teamwork and sportsmanship.
Be sure to wear comfortable athletic clothes and closed-toe shoes, and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Come ready to run, kick, and have a great time with friends!
