Sam Michaels Fall Basketball League
Love to hoop? Want to play basketball in a growth-oriented environment? Come give it a shot in our new Recreational Basketball League! This fun, fast paced program will allow your child to improve their skills, learn from experienced coaches, and play in 10-12 games over a 7-week season. Teams will hold one practice per week on Tuesday or Wednesday, and will play 2 games in a double-header format on Friday evenings. All players will receive playing time, and fairness and good sportsmanship will always be at the center of each game played. 2 games will be played simultaneously in a cross-court setup to allow for a fast-paced game that encourages scoring. The deadline to register is Friday October 25th and teams will be announced via emails the week of October 28th. Fees include team jersey. Interested in volunteering as a coach or referee? Co-Ed Volleyball League
Get your game on with our Co-ed Instructional Volleyball League! Open to boys and girls of all skill levels, ages 11-15. This league starts with 3 weeks of practice twice a week, and ends with 7 weeks of one practice, and one match. Teams will be assigned after signups end, and coaches will contact families to inform them of their weekly practice and game schedules. Teams will meet each week for practice or games on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. We are also looking for parents to serve as volunteer coaches to work alongside our experienced volleyball staff throughout the season. Winter Futsal League
Get out of the cold and into the gym for winter futsal. This instructional league will be formatted to run for 8 weeks from 1/11/25-3/8/25. This league will run exclusively on Saturdays at the JCCC. Each team will start with 3 weeks of practice and then finish with 5 weeks of games. Practices (1/11, 1/18, 1/25) will be on half gym and games (2/1-3/1) will be on full court, 5v5 with a goalie. Games will be broken into 20-minute halves. Practices and games will run approximately 50 minutes. Size 3 ball will be used for U8 and U10, size 4 ball will be used for U12 and U15. 3/8/25 will be used as a makeup date if needed. Team jersey included with registration. Practice / game schedule will be given the week before first practice. Rosters will be limited to a minimum of 6 players and a maximum of 10 players. Volunteer coaches are needed.
