Come and learn from the best in these excited new adult fitness classes, led by Sarah Monk Plank. Sarah brings 27 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, along with a passion for helping others feel strong, healthy, and ready for success in their daily lives to class each week to help you feel your best!
Chair Yoga and Strength & Stretch are open to all adults, but are specifically targeted towards seniors or anyone with mobility difficulties and meet at the Jefferson County Community Center.
Restorative Yoga is open to participants age 14+ of all skill and experience levels, and meets at Charles Washington Hall in downtown Charles Town, WV.
Chair Yoga
A gentle, seated form of yoga, which combines traditional yoga with modifications to make poses safer and more easily achievable for all participants. This class is a perfect fit for beginners, seniors, or individuals with decreased mobility.

Restorative Yoga
A gentle form of yoga that focuses on longer stretches, awareness, breath and relaxation in floor seated or lying positions, using props such as blocks, blankets and pillows. For new and experienced yoga students alike, this class will help you destress and leave you feeling healed and rejuvenated.

Strength & Stretch
Gentle seated and/or standing (can be modified to your abilities) stretching to improve flexibility and motion, followed by upper and lower body strengthening exercises. This class is geared mainly towards seniors or anyone new to working out, and will assist in maintaining mobility and strength for daily activities, as well as improving health and wellness.
