Starlight Vocal Ensemble
A joyful ensemble singing experience where students learn healthy vocal technique, 2-part harmony, and performance skills. Through group repertoire and collaborative music-making,
students grow in confidence, musicality, and teamwork. Each 4- week session will end with a mini showcase for families.
Classes run in 4 week sessions. Classes are available for ages 7-9, with $80 registration fee getting you (4) 45-minute classes, OR for ages 10-12, with $90 registration fee getting you (4) 60-minute classes
Starlight Musical Theater
A structured class where students train in singing, acting, and dance while learning to tell stories through song. Creative drama games and improv-based warmups build confi dence, imagination, and stage presence. Each 5-week session develops foundational performance skills and culminates in a mini showcase for families in a supportive, low-pressure environment.

Clarissa Allred is a passionate educator and performer with over a decade of teaching experience and more than 20 years of performing experience. She is also a regular performer in musicals at The Old Opera House. Through her business, Starlight Creative Arts Studio, her mission is to nurture creativity, confidence, and a love of the performing arts in children. She currently teaches private voice lessons for children ages 7–12 and provides audition preparation for musical theatre productions. Clarissa's background spans music, theatre, film, and dance, and she has placed in national vocal competitions. A former K–8 music teacher, she has directed school and church choirs, Christmas stage musicals, musical theatre camps, and dance recitals. She has also designed and led children's storytime programs at the library, combining music, movement, storytelling, and imaginative play. In addition to teaching, Clarissa writes and records original music, has written and directed a short film, and co-authored a one-act play. Whether students are stepping onto the stage for the first time or building on existing skills, Clarissa strives to create a fun and encouraging environment where every child can shine.
