Yoga with Jaelyn Rose
Jaelyn Rose practices yoga to pursue embodiment and remembering. She believes the highest form of spirituality is allowing yourself to be playful. Stillness is not a prerequisite to joy but noticing is. Her classes bring presence and playfulness together, blending traditions from Hatha, Bhakti, and Vinyasa yoga. Jaelyn completed her 200-hour training at Asheville Yoga Center in 2026. As someone with a predominantly Pitta-Vata constitution, yoga has been the practice that continually brings her back into her body. Jaelyn believes a rich life is built through curiosity, connection, and a willingness to keep learning, and she brings that same spirit into every class she teaches.
Playful and Present Yoga
This all-levels class offers an opportunity to be here now as you reconnect with your body through movement, curiosity, and ease. The class will feature accessible foundational yoga postures along with playful challenges meant to create a comforting space to pursue embodiment and connection. I hope you’ll leave feeling grounded with a bliss that comes with reuniting with your body.

Full Moon Circle
Gather beneath the glow of the Harvest Moon as we welcome the turning of the seasons and the arrival of autumn. The Harvest Moon invites us to pause and honor what we’ve cultivated, celebrate the fruits of our efforts, and lovingly release what we no longer need to carry. Together, we’ll mark the Fall Equinox with gentle movement, pranayama (breathwork), and seasonal ritual. This is a space to celebrate what has flourished, express gratitude for what has sustained us, and turn inward as we enter a new season.
