Fee Schedule
Mobile Recreation Rental Information
The van is available for rent for private, non-community events in Jefferson County. The
cost of the van includes transportation to your event, staffing, 1 hour of set up, 2 hours of play
(minimum), and 1 hour of clean up. If you have any questions, please email
Jshay@jcprc.org or info@jcprc.org. Jefferson County Parks and Recreation reserves the
right to make decisions on which events to attend or not attend.
Renting the van includes:
• Your choice of packages
• 2 staff members
• Set up/ Clean up of Mobile Rec equipment 
Package Time Amenities Price
Bronze- 2 Hours NO Inflatables, 5 Activities $275
Silver- 2 Hours 1 Inflatable, 3 Activities $300
Gold- 2 Hours 2 inflatables, 3 Activities $325
Additional Time is $75 per additional hour
*Moon bounces are not available as an inflatable through Mobile Recreation*
• Inflatables include:
o Mini golf *4 holes max*
o Archery
o Skee Ball
o Gaga Ball *this is better for larger events with a lot of people available to participate*
• Smaller Activities Include:
o Jumbo Connect4
o Jumbo Jenga
o Picasso Magnet Tiles
o Legos
o Learning Resources Gears
o Card Games (Uno, Phase10, etc.) and regular-sized Jenga
o Corn hole
o Ladder ball
o Craft Kits/Supplies or Coloring Pages
o Checkers
o Creative Drill Set
o Bubbles
