Adult Co-Ed Ultimate Frisbee League • Register • View Cart •

Ultimate Frisbee is a fast-moving, competitive, non-contact sport played by two seven-person teams. This will be a co-ed league, there are no restrictions on the number of players from each gender. The sport has a great amount of freedom and informality implicit in the rules. Primarily among these is the spirit of sportsmanship which enables the honor system to be effective. This will be a 7-on-7 league (max 12 per team). There will be a bye week with no games played on 4/19. Please email jramey@jcprc.org for more information.
